Customer Service Representatives
This position is an outstanding opportunity for a career-minded individual to join a growing company. Responsibilities include effectively quoting accurate provider and benefit information to members; handling routine customer service issues and referring any escalated concerns to a team leader while providing the utmost courtesy to all callers. Requires excellent computer skills, self-motivation, a strong work ethic, effective problem solving skills, strong verbal communication skills, and a high school diploma. Also desired (but not required): bilingual in Spanish and English, knowledge of medical terms, familiarity with phone techniques and skills, and knowledge of the claims system.
Nurse Practitioner
We are seeking Nurse Practitioners in the greater Charlotte area. The qualified candidate would follow general directions to work independently within established protocols and policies, exercising initiative and sound judgment in direct patient care. Bi-lingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required. Other duties assigned by physician supervisor within the guidelines of the Nurse Practitioner Licensure. Requirements: graduate of a state-approved school of nursing with a BS or MS, and completion of a certified Nurse Practitioner program. Current licensure for Nurse Practitioner by the North Carolina State Board of Nursing.
RN Case Manager (Maternity and Pediatrics)
We are seeking a registered nurse who is qualified to be a full-time case manager with a specialty in maternity and pediatrics. Responsibilities would include pre-certification, care coordination, utilization review and discharge planning, as well as communication with our healthcare team. We provide benefits and a good work environment. No nights or weekends.
RN/LPN - Wellness Coaches
We are looking for an RN or LPN who will manage healthy practices and ensure the implementation of protocols for members identified with specific healthcare needs. Coaching positions are needed for onsite clinics and home-based telephonic positions with a focus on patient counseling to encourage healthy lifestyle choices and disease management. This job may involve some travel to provide support for onsite health screenings for area companies. Bi-lingual in Spanish/English is a plus. Flexible hours for home-based positions.
Sales and Marketing Representatives (Junior and Senior Positions)
Must be passionate about health and wellness, a team player, goal oriented, organized, flexible, a self-starter and motivator. Requires strong written and verbal communication skills; strong time-management skills and the ability to multi-task. Sales, marketing or fitness experience is a plus.
